So, the divorce assures the Carpenter a life out of the binds of the hall, a life to sail free in the tides of Hollywood and rejoice freedom, each and every moment henceforth.

The reason why the vent was important, both for the show and its cast is simple. It was on the sets of the same show that the couple met for the very first time in 2007, and eventually got married on 31st December, 2008.

Dressed in a silver color shiny gown, she had all the men turning for ‘all right, just one more look’.

Though she always looks gorgeous, her beauty was accentuated by the thigh high cut dress and loose curls that she flaunted at the event.

Now, I don’t think I have to tell that she was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Comedy Series category.

This hugely awaited night brought surprises for many.

Kyle Chandler was one personality, who stood out of the crowd because of his expressions after winning the award for Best Actor in a Drama.

Later on, he reflected that he didn’t have any idea that the prestigious trophy will land in his lap.

Well Kyle, you deserve every bit of it.

The other soul, who was caught off guard after the win, was Melissa McCarthy.

She took home the award for Best Actress in a Comedy.
Jane Lynch, on the other hand, was wonderful as a host and completed the honor graciously.

The night of Emmys was a memorable one, even though Jennifer stole the charm with her shimmering thighs.

In a recent interview, Dexter’s executive producer, Scott Buck, revealed that the new season’s Dexter is straightforward, clear with his thoughts, and much more focused. He is exactly what he would appear to be at first sight. What brings this self-assuredness into his life is his son, who Dexter really cares about.

Dexter Morgan does not want to pass on his dark nature to his son. He will start to look around for good things that he can pass onto that kid. It’s a different Dexter that we are going to see this season, a more interesting one.

Scott also talked about the new members who will be joining the show.

There’s Edward James Olmos, who plays Professor Gellar. He will be an important character in the series in a way that he too will be killing people, but he will keep a conviction that whatever he’s doing is right.

Dexter, because he shares, to some extent, few things with the character, will find himself drawn towards him in order to know the reason behind the crimes that he commits.

And we are already excited to know that Aimee Garcia is joining the show as Dexter’s son’s nanny, aren’t we? Well, she is a vibrant lady who will bring so much into Dexter’s life. What things?

Dexter has left us craving when it ended with the season 5 finale on December 12, 2010. Since then, we have been feeding ourselves with news about the new cast members, who find Dexter to be super cool, and think that they should be a part of it too.

Nothing wrong there, just the fact that every time we hear about someone new joining the series, the temptation fuels further. How much longer? – We keep asking that to ourselves.

Well, even if I do not have a fixed date which will mark the start of season 6, I can still supply you with your usual doses of infotainment that would tempt you to watch some missed segments of Dexter. (You can do that online). After Mos Def and Aimee Garcia, it’s Billy Brown and Brea Grant, whose names have been revealed by the creators as the new members on the show.

Billy Brown will be playing the role of homicide detective Mike Cutler. He is largely known for his portrayal of Richard ‘Death Row’ Reynolds in the gritty boxing drama, ‘Lights Out’. He has also guest starred in Californication and ‘Southland’.

Brea Grant’s character, on the other hand, is still under wraps; not much is known about her role. Apart from playing Daphne Millbrook in Heroes, she has guest starred in CSI Miami and Friday Night Lights. She also played the lead in the recently released thriller film, ‘The Perfect Student’.

Both are wonderful actors and would provide depth and some originality to the show. All that we are left to do now is to wait for Dexter Morgan to come and enthrall us.

And that beautiful nanny is none other than Aimee Garcia! I want to be a kid again!

The Dexter series is all set to arrive with its sixth season, and with that, Harrison Morgan, son of Dexter Morgan, will get his new nanny. Aimee’s character name is Jamie. She will also be the sister to Angel Batista, played by David Zayas on the show.

Aimee has earlier played guest roles in hit TV series like CSI: Miami, Family Guy and Supernatural. She is excited to be nanny to Harrison, who has been said to be showing signs of being a serial killer.

In season five of Dexter, Harison, a small kid who can’t even speak properly, has already had his father Dexter consulting a doctor about his ‘killer’ behaviors. Harrison has been quoting ‘bye-bye’ in a way that it sounded like ‘die-die’! Or, maybe it’s just my guilty conscience speaking!

Dexter, obviously, had to get worried! You can’t let your son follow into your footsteps when you know the steps you have taken don’t lead to a particularly glorious path.

And let’s just hope that Jamie (Aimee, in case you have forgotten), doesn’t notice these acts and signs. If she does, I wonder if she would be interested in continuing her job as a nanny to a future serial killer. But that’s something that the series hasn’t explored, or told us properly about yet.

This would be one such thing that we can keep an eye on when season 6 arrives. The new season is said to focus largely on Dexter and his relationship with his sister.

But no matter what, Aimee Garcia will surely be stealing a lot of limelight in the show, what with Harrison in her arms!

Dexter season 6, which is all set to roll out in the spring of this year, will incorporate Mos Def in its star cast.

Well, it was not a surprise that the makers of the show were on the look-out for some good actors, but I wasn’t aware that their good was going to be equivalent to the best!

Mos Def follows Colin Hanks, who has already been signed to work for the show. By roping in such seasoned performers, it is sure that this television series has set some pretty high goals for itself.

Dexter TV show has always been popular and this can be proved by the number of times people hit the download button to get a copy of its episodes. It has an amazing cast and with these new additions, Dexter has become even more inviting.

Colin Hanks is expected to star in all the episodes of season 6, and will be seen playing the role of Travis. Travis will be sketched as an extremely intelligent ancient artifact expert.

Mos Def, on the other hand, won’t be there for the whole season. He will be involved in a multi-episode act, and will play a very complicated role. It would be that of an ex-con, who claims to have found a religion, but this claim of his will be received with skepticism.

How will this season turn out is anybody’s estimate, but if one was to make a studied guess and not toss a coin, it would not be difficult to decipher that it may very well turn out to be a smash hit!
