Dexter Season 2
The second season of the crime series Dexter started on 30th September 2007. The season aired a total of twelve episodes. In the first episode, after saving his sister and executing the Ice Truck Killer, Dexter finds it difficult to target his victim while Doakes suspicions about him deepen and he starts keeping an eye on Dexter. Deb returns to work but is still recovering from her close brush with death. While Paul continues to seek Rita’s help, some treasure hunters come across a ghastly site on the ocean floor. After the discovery of the dumping ground off the coast, FBI Agent Lundy is assigned to lead a team searching for the Bay Harbor Butcher while Dexter joins the Miami PD in the hunt for Little Chino and Rita suspects Dexter’s involvement in the killing of someone she knew closely. Dexter is forced by Rita to attend N.A. meetings while he tries to elude the persistent surveillance of Sgt. Doakes and Deb joins Agent Lundy’s team, which is searching for the Bay Harbor Butcher.
Dexter tries to get Agent Lundy off his trail while Rita feels insecure after meeting with Dexter new NA sponsor, Lila and also has to deal with a visit from her estranged mother. Lila convinces Dexter to face his past and so he plans to confront one of his mother’s killers in Naples while Doakes investigates a murder at a comic book store and the investigators narrow down the Bay Harbor Butcher's marina to three possible sites. A copycat killer, claiming to be inspired by the Bay Harbor Butcher is on the loose giving Dexter the chance to get the trail off his back while he tries to find and destroy a videotape that might reveal his dark secret and during a dinner, his relationship with the two women in his life changes dramatically. The FBI team heads in all possible directions after receiving a written manifesto from the Bay Harbor Butcher and Dexter plans to get Doakes suspended as he comes closer to knowing more about his past while his relationship with Lila takes a toll on his personal life[Read More... ]
